This may not come as a surprise to you but tattoos heal in different stages. There's no set timeline and the process can be different from person to person. That's why we're here. TATWAX provides the essentials for you to get your tattoo vitally nourished, clean, and properly protected for it to heal like it's suppose to. We're not here to overwhelm you with tips and tricks, hoping to sell you on getting a multitude of products because we say you need them for your tattoo. We only have a handful of products to share and that's because we believe in the essentials.

Firsthand Care - TATWAX Film

To get the most out of our products during the initial phase of healing, that's right after getting your tattoo, you want to focus on preventing invention and keeping your tattoo clean and fresh. We recommend using TATWAX Film, our protective transparent wrap that's designed to act as a breathable barrier in preventing dirt from getting onto your tattoo and decreasing the risk for infection.

Proper protection begins with a good shield, and nothing beats out TATWAX Film - available in your choice of either 8" by 11 yards or 6" x 5.5 yards. 

Everyday Care - The Original Soothing Balm

With everyday care, your priority should be focused on keeping your tattoo vitally nourished and moisturized throughout the day. By doing so, your tattoo will remain supple and retain more of its ink, preventing any unnecessary fading as time goes on. The best way to keep your tattoo(s) nourished is by using our all-natural, one of a kind balm, TATWAX Original Soothing Balm. Formulated with ultra-moisturizing technology that doesn't clog up pores, TATWAX is made for the professionals and the serious tattoo enthusiast. Free of petroleum, lanolin, and alcohol, TATWAX is also enriched with essential vitamins and aloe vera to help keep your skin and tattoo looking fresh and smooth. We recommend using TATWAX at least 2 to 4 times a day during the first few weeks after getting a new tattoo.
